CANCELLATION POLICY

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

Monthly Subscriptions

  • You can cancel your membership at any time through your member dashboard
  • Your membership remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial months
  • You will continue to have access to all member benefits until the end of your billing cycle

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing access to member benefits
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Membership rejection (if your visa doesn't meet our requirements)

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date.

EVENT CANCELLATION

Member-Initiated Cancellation

  • 48+ hours before event: Full refund available
  • 24-48 hours before event: 50% refund or credit for future event
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund (spot may be transferred to another member)

Event Cancellation by Local Expats Bali

If we need to cancel an event due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances:

  • Full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days
  • Alternative event credit may be offered
  • Notification will be sent via email and WhatsApp

HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION OR REFUND

    Events: Cancel through the event page in your member dashboard, or message us on WhatsApp

    Refund requests: Email us with your membership email, reason for refund, and any relevant details

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary (additional 3-10 business days)
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
