Join us on April 14th for a morning of movement, community, and connection — an experience you didn’t know you needed.
Rise, run, flow & feast as we come together for an energizing group run, followed by yoga and breathwork to the sound of the waves, and a refreshing dip in the ocean or pool. Then, refuel with a nourishing breakfast.
All are welcome — we care more about your presence than your pace!
